On June 20, 2016, the “National Waste Forced Compulsory Classification System (Consultation Draft)” jointly issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development clearly stated that the key cities with classified waste collection by 2020 will have a coverage rate of 90%. Family classification needs to improve the environmental awareness of the whole people, and environmental awareness training is not a day's work; the classification of the community will definitely increase the social cost and increase the serious burden on the city's finance.
