3.3 Main process description
3.3.1 Fully enclosed mechanized sorting system
The system adopts uniform waste feeding, automatic sorting system for large pieces of garbage, automatic large-size refuse crushing system, automatic bag-packing trash, automatic crushing system for large organic materials, fully enclosed mechanized winnowing system, and “hot-selection” system. After processing, the garbage can be classified as sand, inorganics, plastics, non-recoverable combustibles, organics and ferromagnetics.

3.3.2 Organic matter high temperature and high pressure hydrolysis hydrothermal fertilizer system

3.2.3 Waste plastic wood-plastic material system
Waste plastics (approx. 12.62%) selected from the waste and wood fibres that can be crushed, such as used wood, are mixed in proportion, special additives are added, and modified by high temperature and high pressure to form wood-plastic profiles and plates. Widely used in all walks of life. Not only does it save a lot of forest resources, it also administers "white pollution." Waste disposal has been realized, with low input and high output, and a comprehensive harvest of environmental benefits and economic benefits.

3.3.4 Recyclables recycling system
The sorted combustibles (about 23.58%) have the characteristics of high enthalpy (about 3,000 kcal) and low moisture content. They can be transported to Laogang incineration power plants and can achieve the following goals: 1. Increased incineration efficiency; 2. Reduce the amount of garbage disposal; 3. Reduce the amount of waste gas generated.
The separated ferromagnetic materials (about 0.87%) can be sent directly to the waste collection station for recycling.

3.3.5 Harmless landfill for non-recyclables
The non-recyclable inorganic materials (about 7.15%), such as cement, bricks, ceramics, etc., that have been selected can be disposed of in a non-hazardous manner.

3.3.6 Plant Liquid Spray Deodorization System
The project adopts the remote defoaming, intelligent automatic control, automatic deodorizing method of natural plant deodorant nozzle atomization in the tank, and the spray pipe and atomizing nozzle are designed and arranged on the top of the temporary storage pit to prevent the odor of heavy density as much as possible. The gas diffuses into the external space and ensures that the spray pipe will not suffer pressure loss or break during the operation of the system. 3.3.7 Automatic Control System
