In order to effectively solve the problem of "ditch oil" returning to the table, standardize the collection, transportation and disposal of kitchen waste, ensure the food safety of the people, and promote the disposal of waste sorting terminals. On June 28, the first MSWSorting project in Lishui City was officially put into trial operation. It means that the kitchen waste in Lishui City (Liandu District and Development Zone) finally has a legitimate place to go!

The Lishui City Kitchen Waste Disposal Center project adopts the PPP operation mode. The social capital party is identified as Lishui Wangneng Ecological Technology Co., Ltd. through public bidding. The construction site is located in Pantian Village, Nanmingshan Street, Lishui Economic Development Zone, about 15 kilometers from the city center. The total land area of ​​the project is 10,925 square meters and the construction area is 5,100 square meters.

The project selects the process technology route of “food waste pretreatment + anaerobic fermentation + biogas utilization”, which is a relatively advanced treatment method. It is mainly composed of pre-stage sorting, anaerobic fermentation, biogas evolution and utilization, oil recovery, sewage treatment, and waste gas treatment.

As the first pilot city in Zhejiang Province for the utilization and harmless treatment of kitchen waste, Lishui City's kitchen waste disposal center project was included in the 2018 Central Environmental Protection Supervision Project and the provincial government's 10 livelihood projects. It is built in Pantian Village, Nanmingshan Street, Lishui Economic Development Zone. It adopts the technological route of “food waste pretreatment + anaerobic fermentation + biogas utilization”. The designed daily treatment scale is 210 tons. Recently, it is 100 tons per day and 10 tons of waste oil. /day.
The project will distribute the kitchen waste to the qualified enterprises for collection and transportation, and realize the separate collection and unified transportation of kitchen waste and other domestic garbage. The collection and transportation system covers the urban area of ​​Lishui (including the Liandu District and the Development Zone). More than 3,500 catering units have achieved a utilization rate of kitchen waste resources of no less than 80%, and strictly prevent “gutter oil” from flowing into the food field, and solve food safety, ecological safety and environmental sanitation problems from the source.
