On September 1, the domestic waste sorting center in Chongyuan District, which was constructed by MSWsorting, was officially put into trial operation. This was the first domestic waste sorting center officially operated in Zhengzhou. As the first domestic waste co-processing base in Henan Province, the Chongyuan District Domestic Waste Sorting Center project is based on the principle of "reduction, resource utilization, and harmlessness", and intends to accept domestic waste from the entire Chongyuan District.

After the sorting center is put into operation, recyclables, kitchen waste and hazardous waste can be pre-processed here such as preliminary sorting, crushing, squeezing, and temporary storage. Taking kitchen waste as an example, the sorting center is designed to operate at full capacity and can dispose of about 600 tons of kitchen waste every day, which can meet the needs of classified kitchen waste in the Central Plains District.

In the big data monitoring room of the sorting center, you can see: data information such as the amount of garbage collected, the use of resident score cards, and the coverage of garbage classification are accurately displayed on the large screen. The garbage classification information is clear at a glance, and the staff can monitor the garbage classification and transportation in real time through the smart supervision cloud platform.

The various waste disposal production lines of the domestic waste sorting center are equipped with the latest intelligent monitoring system of MSWsorting, which realizes the "integrated management and control" of the solid waste crushing production line with high efficiency, energy saving, safety and environmental protection.

The operating data of the domestic waste disposal production line is uploaded to the cloud data center in real time, and the overall and partial details of the production line can be viewed online through the PC client or mobile APP,

and the operating status of the equipment can be grasped in time. Once the control system automatically detects the equipment failure, the system will initiate an abnormal warning to realize the rapid fault location and reduce the failure rate
