Air Separator

Air Separator is usually divided into three types: positive pressure sorting, negative pressure sorting and combined positive and negative pressure sorting. Using the principle of aerodynamics, under the combined action of controllable positive pressure airflow and negative pressure airflow, the light substances in the material are separated from the heavy substances. The light material is output through the light material discharge conveyor, and the heavy material is output through the heavy material discharge conveyor.

According to the principle of aerodynamics, this equipment uses controllable airflow as the sorting medium. Under the action of controllable airflow, the selected materials are sorted according to density and particle size. The airflow can separate lighter materials (such as paper, paper, etc.). Plastic bags, films, etc.) are carried upwards or carried to a farther place in the horizontal direction, while heavy materials fall due to the updraft being unable to support them, or they are thrown a short distance in the horizontal direction due to inertia. Therefore, the wind sorting process is based on the sedimentation law of various solid wastes in the air, so as to achieve the purpose of classification, recycling and reuse.
