Organic Waste Pulper for Food Waste Pulping & Separation
An Organic Waste Pulper is an industrial machine that uses mechanical shear, water, and centrifugal force to break down organic waste into a homogeneous slurry. This technology is widely used in various industries, including waste management, recycling, food processing, and biogas production, to homogenize and recover valuable organic material from mixed waste streams.
The Organic Waste Pulper is designed for pulping and separation of organic materials from conveyed waste. As the organic waste enters the pulping tank, high-speed impellers create a strong vortex that disintegrates organic matter into fine particles, while heavy contaminants such as stones, glass, and metal sink to a trap and light plastics float and are skimmed off. The resulting pulp is discharged freely for downstream treatment.

The Organic Waste Pulper automatically adjusts impeller speed, water ratio, and separation parameters according to differences in waste composition, moisture content, and seasonal quality variations, eliminating frequent manual adjustments.
Featuring a modular structure with independently accessible pulping chamber, separation trap, and control cabinet. All wear components designed for reliable operation and quick replacement in continuous waste processing conditions.
Specially designed low-shear zones and optimized water injection minimize damage to organic fibers during the pulping process, preserving biogas potential for downstream anaerobic digestion.
Supports IoT connectivity for integration into plant networks. Allows real-time monitoring of motor load, water consumption, discharge quality, and alarm status from anywhere, enabling predictive maintenance.

Organic Waste Pulpers are versatile and used in various industries to improve organic waste processing efficiency. Common applications include:
Recycling: Pulping organic fractions from mixed waste streams to improve the quality of recycled materials and downstream treatment.
Food Waste Treatment: Converting kitchen and canteen waste into slurry for biogas production or composting.
Waste Sorting Plants: Preparing organic waste for anaerobic digestion, dewatering, or composting by homogenizing and removing contaminants.
Bioreactor Landfills: Conditioning organic waste before recirculation to accelerate decomposition and enhance microbial access.
Vegetable and Fruit Processing: Breaking cell walls and separating water to form homogeneous material for high-strength dewatering.
Implementing Organic Waste Pulpers in material separation processes offers numerous benefits:
Enhances the speed and accuracy of organic waste processing, reducing the need for manual sorting.
Increases the recovery rate of valuable organic slurry, supporting biogas and compost production.
Reduces labor costs and operational expenses through automated and efficient pulping.
Produces cleaner, higher-quality organic slurry, improving the efficiency of digesters and dewatering equipment.
