What is an Organic Waste Pulper?

An Organic Waste Pulper is an industrial machine that uses mechanical shear, water, and centrifugal force to break down organic waste into a homogeneous slurry. The Organic Waste Pulper is designed for pulping and separation of organic materials from conveyed waste. As the organic waste enters the pulping tank, high-speed impellers create a strong vortex that disintegrates organic matter into fine particles, while heavy contaminants such as stones, glass, and metal sink to a trap and light plastics float and are skimmed off. The resulting pulp is discharged freely for downstream treatment.
